The Minns Government’s housing reforms will transform Sydney. Tactical rather than strategic, they are short-term in mindset and will not deliver the high-quality outcomes Sydney deserves.
However, the housing affordability debate also provides an opportunity to define the type of city we’d like to call home. To advocate for ideas and policy that will establish Sydney as a global benchmark for city making.

We’re a network of Sydneysiders working in the built-environment industry. Our mission is to harness this expertise to advocate for high-quality, built-environment and city making outcomes.
We also provide a voice for industry stakeholders privately frustrated by the low-quality reforms and inadequate discourse. Frank and fearless, we have no ties to corporate donors.
